fx99's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

fx99 believes that entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Use our tools and guidelines to keep your gaming experience enjoyable.

Our Approach

The Core Pillars of Responsible Gaming

Age Verification — 21+

fx99 is only for people aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account. We follow strict measures to protect minors from accessing the platform.

Setting Deposit Limits

You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. This feature keeps your budget under control and prevents overspending. Once a limit is active, reducing it takes effect immediately.

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily pause your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. No marketing messages will be sent during your break.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. Once activated, your account will be completely deactivated and cannot be reactivated before the set period ends.

Gaming History Review

You can view your complete transaction and gaming history in your account panel. By reviewing this information, you can easily see how much time and money you are spending.

24/7 Support Team

The fx99 support team is available around the clock for any questions related to responsible gaming. Get instant help in Bengali via live chat or email.

Key Concept

What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?

Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — much like watching a movie or enjoying a sport. But like any entertainment, it should be enjoyed within certain limits.

fx99 believes the joy of gaming is complete only when it does not affect your daily life, family, or financial stability. Responsible gaming means playing consciously, within a set budget, and for entertainment — never to chase losses.

The wellbeing of every player on our platform is our highest priority. That is why we provide tools that help you stay in control at all times.

⚠️ Important: Gambling should never be treated as a source of income. Only play with money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your life.

Play only for entertainment, not in the hope of financial gain
Set a maximum budget before each session
Do not place more bets to try to recover losses
Avoid playing under the influence of alcohol or when under stress
Take regular breaks and spend time with your family
Make sure no one under 21 can access your account

How to Use

Our Protective Tools

Deposit Limit

Go to your account settings and set the maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit beyond that amount. If you request to increase the limit, a set cooling-off period applies, giving you time to reconsider your decision.

Time-Out

Activate a time-out for a temporary break. During this period you will not be able to log in to the platform and will not receive any promotional messages. Once the time-out period ends, your account is reactivated automatically.

Self-Exclusion

Choose self-exclusion for a long-term break. Once activated, your account will be completely closed. It cannot be reactivated before the set period ends. Contact our support team via live chat to activate this feature.
